Nationally, Toni serves as Chair of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) Sub-Committee on Health Care Finance and is a member of the Health Policy Committee. Toni was presented with the 2011 John Gilbert Award from NACHC, which recognizes longstanding excellence and leadership in community health.
