Citywide Parent Planning Advisory Council (CPPAC) of the Worcester Public Schools Parent/Guardian Expo

The CPPAC Parent/Guardian Expo is an event designed to provide valuable resources and information to parents/guardians of students in the Worcester Public School.  From 9am to 1pm on Saturday, April 6, 2013, parents from across the city will have the opportunity to attend seminars about such topics as STEM, the new national standards, reading strategies and techniques to use at home and being prepared for college.  In addition to the seminars, there will be a keynote speaker, student performances and refreshments.

Tables will be set up around the expo hall to allow for Worcester Public Schools, community agencies and organizations to connect with parents/guardians around children’s activities and programming including WPS programs, after school and summer care, wrap-around services, education services, recreational activities and community support services for families.
