Kennedy CHC Expanding to Milford

In response to a high demand for primary care in the community, Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is expanding to Milford.The health center will provide primary and preventative medical care, behavioral health, case management, care coordination, lab service, and help obtaining benefits. We are excited to join the community and are looking forward to helping people live healthier lives in Milford!
