Our newest location, 605 Lincoln Street, houses our Worcester-based Behavioral Health and Optometry services. By the end of 2023, Dental and urgent care services will also be available at the site. The site is approximately 3/4 mile from our flagship site in Worcester.

Our first site in Milford opened in 2014, and rapidly grew to be a health care hub for the Greater Milford community. In Decembre 2023, we opened our new site at 41 Cape Road, which offers an expanded primary care practice, as well as behavioral health, dental, optometry, social services, and more.
