Paula L. Green, MPA, EdD, is the Vice President of Advancement at Kennedy CHC. She has over 25 years experience in strategic marketing and communications. She joined the Fallon Clinic and Fallon Community Health Plan in 1988 as Public Relations Coordinator and was promoted to System Director of Public Relations in 1994 following the merger with Saint Vincent Hospital and the formation of the Fallon Health Care System. In 1997, Ms. Green was appointed Director of Public and Community Relations for Saint Vincent when the Hospital was purchased by Tenet Healthcare System. During her 14 years with the Fallon and Saint Vincent systems, Ms. Green was responsible for all strategic communications including media and community relations, internal communications, marketing, events, and public affairs. She also managed all media and external relations during the selling of the non-profit Saint Vincent to a for-profit entity, and the building of the Worcester Medical Center.
In 2002, Ms. Green joined Conover + Company Communications where she served as Vice President for Account Management for this strategic communications agency. In October, 2007, she joined Anna Maria College as Director of Marketing and Community Relations responsible for all aspects of the College’s marketing and public, community and media relations activities. In December 2008, Ms. Green was asked to continue in her current position and also manage the enrollment function of AMC directing both undergraduate and graduate admissions, as well as financial aid. In 2010, she was promoted to Vice President. After recruiting two of the College’s largest classes in its history, Ms. Green was asked to serve as Vice President for Marketing and College Relations overseeing the strategic communications for AMC. She remained in this position until her move to Kennedy CHC.
Ms. Green is a graduate of Emmanuel College, received her MPA from Clark University, and her EdD from Northeastern University. Ms. Green is also the immediate past Chair of the Association Board of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts.
