Insurance Information and Payment

Payment and Insurance Information

We ask that you pay at the time of your visit or when you pick up your medicine. This includes any co-pays. Your co-pay amount is based on your insurance or income. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

If you’re not able to pay, please talk to our staff. You might qualify for a discount, a payment plan, or a special waiver. You can ask for an application at the front desk.

Please bring your insurance card to every visit. If your insurance has changed, let us know so we can bill you correctly.

If you don’t have insurance or are having trouble with it, our staff can help. We can help you apply for insurance or answer your questions. It’s important to keep your insurance active.
