School Based Health Centers

Kennedy Community Health offers health services for children and teens on site at their schools. Services include medical, dental and behavioral health. Available services vary by location. Students are available to schedule appointments to be seen during school hours. Students must be enrolled in the school-based health center to receive services. Enrollment forms are available at the sites or for download on our website. They must be signed by a parent or guardian and returned to the school for enrollment.

An FTCA Deemed and NCQA Recognized Facility. We serve all patients regardless of ability to pay. Sliding Fee Scale discounts for essential services are offered if you are eligible, depending upon family size and income. You may apply for a sliding fee discount at the front desk where you receive care. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
