As we mark the 60th anniversary of the Community Health Center movement, we find ourselves at a crossroads. The federal government, once a partner in progress, is now a source of uncertainty. Policy shifts, funding cuts, and bureaucratic in-fighting are not abstract challenges; they are real, immediate dangers to the health and dignity of our communities.

Sliding Fee Scale discounts for essential services are offered if you are eligible, depending upon family size and income. You may apply for a sliding fee discount at the front desk where you receive care. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
