Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT)

Our services for patients with substance use disorders are available to all adults. You do not need a referral, or to be a patient at the health center to receive treatment for your substance use disorder in our Office- Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program.

In the OBAT program, we treat people with opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. If you have another substance use disorder, please contact us anyway, and we will try to help you!

In our OBAT program, we offer a choice of medications including oral buprenorphine (Suboxone), injectable buprenorphine (Sublocade) and long-acting injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol). In addition to medication, we offer behavioral health services.

An FTCA Deemed and NCQA Recognized Facility. We serve all patients regardless of ability to pay. Sliding Fee Scale discounts for essential services are offered if you are eligible, depending upon family size and income. You may apply for a sliding fee discount at the front desk where you receive care. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
